1
The Reiki level 1 course (Reiki first degree) is an introduction to the Usui System of Natural Healing. This two-day course covers the history of Reiki and the Reiki precepts and using Reiki to treat yourself. This is the start of your journey of personal healing, working with Reiki on the self and strengthening your inner energy connection. You will receive four attunements at this level and, once completed, you will be also be able to practise on friends and family.

2
The Reiki level 2 course (Reiki second degree) takes you deeper into this system of natural healing and allows you to use Reiki to treat other people as well as treat yourself, and to treat remotely. You will learn symbols to deepen your connection to the Reiki energy. There are two attunements at this level, and on successful completion of this course you will be able to become a Reiki practitioner and treat others professionally if you wish.

3
The Reiki level 3 course (Reiki Master degree) offers two options for those wishing to commit to a deeper spiritual pathway within the structure of Reiki. The Master Practitioner is for those who wish to deepen their experience of Reiki but do not want to teach. The Master Teacher includes the Master Practitioner course and is focused on personal development with a commitment to teaching others. During this part of the course you will learn how to perform attunements.
